“It was the Good Friday and my tenants had a leaking toilet – an issue that needed dealing with immediately and I know nothing about plumbing. I went on to Google to find a list of plumbers for the tenants to contact. The following morning (Easter Saturday), my tenants called back saying none of the plumbers could attend before Tuesday.
